Anatomic Femoral Tunnel Drilling in Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction: Use of an Accessory Medial Portal Versus Traditional Transtibial Drilling
During anatomic anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, we have found that the femoral footprint can best be visualized from the anteromedial portal.
