Fractures during Childhood and Adolescence in Healthy Boys: Relation with Bone Mass, Microstructure, and Strength.

In a homogeneous cohort of healthy boys, fractures recorded until 15.2±05 yr of age were associated with lower femoral neck aBMD and with lower distal tibia trabecular vBMD and number, stiffness and failure load.
