Nathan Promoted to Navy Surgeon General
Rear Adm. Matthew L. Nathan, commander of Navy Medicine for the National Capital Area, officially received his third admiral's star Nov. 18, during his promotion to Surgeon General of the U.S. Navy. Military.com
